Cancellation Policy

Since we accept prepaid orders only, cancellations are handled as follows:

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. If payment has already been made, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If there's an issue with the item you receive, please refer to our Refund Policy for exchange/replacement eligibility.
